Job Responsibilities:

• Conduct due diligence on ongoing cases
• Responsible for analyzing and projecting cash flows
• Prepare for conference meetings with clients
• Perform companies’ examinations through fundamental and quantitative analysis
• Compile pitch books to assist in securing deals with prospective clients

Qualifications:

• Minimum GPA 3.0
• Should be in the pursuing of a college degree or above; business-related majors are preferred
• Basic knowledge about investment banking businesses and financial analysis
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Strong presentation skills
• Strong MS Excel and PowerPoint skills
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
• Established history of leadership and achievement
